What to Expect as a Spa Sales Associate at Hand and Stone North Fayette: This is primarily a sales position focused on membership conversion. Provide excellent customer service to members/guests Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival Answer phones, book appointments, educate clients on lifestyle program to become members of our spa, gift cards sales and upgrades with massage and facial appointments. Hourly Wage - base $13 - $15 plus $10 to $20 per every membership sold. This position is suitable for someone with strong commission-based experience, and there is unlimited earning potential for the right candidate!
