Hand & Stone is looking for sales-focused, friendly, and motivated Spa Associates to join our teams in Lake Highlands and Arboretum Village. Be the first and last face our guests see — welcoming them, booking services, and recommending memberships, upgrades, and retail that support their wellness goals.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients with professionalism and care
- Book appointments, check out guests, and process payments
- Sell memberships, services, and retail to hit monthly goals
- Educate guests on massage, facial, and skincare options
- Maintain a clean, calm, and polished front desk environment
- Communicate guest feedback and performance updates to leadership
