Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of nail anatomy and health, plus mastery of massage and polish techniques.
  • Must hold and maintain a current State of Texas Nail Technician or Cosmetology License
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent listening skills to accurately address guest needs.
  • An enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative, customer-service-driven environment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and maintain a professional demeanor throughout your shift.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer knowledge for appointment tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent, professional treatments in accordance with spa protocols, ensuring every guest enjoys an invigorating and restorative experience.
  • Deliver high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments with precision, including expert polish application and hand/foot massage techniques.
  • Actively explain the benefits of our products and services, creating tailored "home care" programs and achieving retail sales goals.
  • Maintain punctuality for all appointments, performing services within allotted time frames while ensuring a calm, unhurried atmosphere.
  • Uphold the highest standards of sterilization and cleanliness as directed by state law and resort policy.
  • Care for spa equipment, monitor product usage for cost control, and ensure your work area is perfectly restocked and "resort-ready" for the next guest.
  • Work seamlessly with the spa team to handle guest inquiries, promote spa specials, and resolve any concerns with professional grace.
