What You’ll Own You will lead the full operation of the spa with a sharp focus on sales performance, team development, and guest experience , including: Driving revenue through smart marketing, sales strategy, and conversion Analyzing performance and budgets to maximize profitability Building and maintaining a high-performing, motivated team Hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring staff Managing schedules to optimize capacity, revenue, and labor Owning inventory, cleanliness, and day-to-day operational excellence Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Ensuring full compliance with Hand & Stone standards and all regulations Creating a culture of accountability, positivity, and results You set the tone.
