About The Position

Beautiful Skin LLC, a proud franchisee of European Wax Center, is seeking a results-driven Center Manager to lead our Methuen, MA location. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with management and sales experience who is ready to own performance, and drive growth.

Requirements

• Able to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends
• Previous management experience required (retail, spa, or service industry)
• Previous sales experience required
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Multi-unit management experience strongly preferred
• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team performance
• Recruit, train, and coach associates to meet service and sales goals
• Manage staff scheduling and time-off requests
• Monitor and drive Wax Pass sales and center KPIs
• Maintain visual standards, inventory, and cleanliness
• Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism
• Lead 1:1s and team Meetings
• Ensure all center paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Communicate and implement company updates and promotions
• Evaluate center performance quarterly
• Support broader operational goals
