  • Spa Operations Management
  • Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including treatment rooms, reception, relaxation areas.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of spa facilities.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain high- quality service.
  • Guest Experience:
  • Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable spa experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Staff Management and Training:
  • Supervise spa staff, including massage therapists, estheticians, and receptionists.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and maintain consistent service quality.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among spa team members.
  • Financial Performance:
  • Develop and manage the spa budget, including revenue and expense forecasting.
  • Implement pricing strategies, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with lodge’s marketing team to create spa-related promotions and packages.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new spa guests and retain existing clients.
  • Utilize digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns to promote spa services.
  • Inventory and Supplies:
  • Manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure appropriate stock levels to meet guest demand and treatment requirements.
  • Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of client treatments and spa operations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, licensing requirements, and best practices.
