What We’re Looking For: Proven Experience running a $3M personal care business Managed 35 + employees, in several roles Experience analyzing and creating strategy based on managing P&L statements 5+ years SALES management and proven personal sales, commision experience helpful. 5 + years manging and developing people What You’ll Do: Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate your team through hands-on leadership and a strong focus on team development. Requirements
- Proven Experience running a $3M personal care business
- Managed 35 + employees, in several roles
