We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded Spa Housekeeper to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort team! Responsibilities The Spa Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning, deep cleaning and maintaining the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service as directed by the Lead Spa Attendant. They are responsible for keeping the changing areas, thermal area, restrooms, lounge areas and back of house neat, clean, and stocked with all amenities.

Responsibilities

  • Be on time for your shift.
  • Clean and deep clean all spa areas including steam room, showers, restrooms, floors, treatment rooms, hot and fitness center and all areas within the spa and fitness center as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of all the facility areas.
  • Light laundry duties daily
  • Stock locker room supplies and amenities
  • Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests.
  • Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  • Develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain in assigned areas for long periods.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
  • Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
  • Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
