About The Position

If so, Well Spa at The Pfister Hotel is seeking a Part-Time Spa Guest Services professional to create the first and last impression of our serene wellness experience. As a Spa Guest Services associate at Well Spa, you will be responsible for delivering warm, polished, and professional service while supporting daily spa operations. This role is essential in creating a calm, organized, and guest-focused environment, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the luxury and care synonymous with The Pfister Hotel. Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel is a Milwaukee icon known for gracious service, impeccable style, and elevated guest experiences. Well Spa continues this legacy by offering personalized wellness and relaxation in a refined spa setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to use computers, scheduling systems, and office equipment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, spa, salon, or retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet spa guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming arrival and departure experience
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment booking, modifications, and confirmations
  • Utilize spa scheduling and POS systems to accurately book services and process payments
  • Properly bill spa services, memberships, packages, and retail purchases
  • Provide knowledgeable information regarding spa services, treatments, policies, and products
  • Support retail sales by recommending services and products in a guest-focused manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the spa front desk and reception areas
  • Communicate effectively with Estheticians, Massage Therapists, and Spa Leadership regarding schedules and guest needs
  • Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
  • Manage guest records while ensuring privacy and confidentiality
  • Assist with inventory awareness and supply needs at the front desk
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Collaborate positively with spa and hotel teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Spa Leadership
