Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking an enthusiastic, highly personable candidate with a flexible schedule. Availability: We’re looking for a dedicated candidate who can commit to 32 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Friday through Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings. Flexibility to travel between our 8 San Antonio locations and reliable transportation are a must. Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Outstanding Guest service and problem-solving skills
  • A contagious positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Excellent phone etiquette with clear, friendly communication

  • Comfort multitasking in a bustling environment
  • Reliable transportation to travel between our 8 locations
  • Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities

  • Greet Guests and Members with warmth, positivity, and a genuine smile
  • Master our booking software to schedule appointments, manage check-ins/outs, and process payments
  • Build lasting rapport with Guest in the lobby, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Present and sell membership programs with confidence and charm
  • Deliver exceptional Guest experiences to retain Members and drive in returning Guests
  • Answer phones with professional, upbeat etiquette
  • Thrive in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a mature, solution-oriented attitude
