Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking an enthusiastic, highly personable candidate with a flexible schedule. Availability: We’re looking for a dedicated candidate who can commit to 32 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Friday through Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings. Flexibility to travel between our 8 San Antonio locations and reliable transportation are a must. Why Join Us? Requirements
- Outstanding Guest service and problem-solving skills

- Reliable transportation to travel between our 8 locations
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends
Responsibilities
- Greet Guests and Members with warmth, positivity, and a genuine smile
- Master our booking software to schedule appointments, manage check-ins/outs, and process payments
- Build lasting rapport with Guest in the lobby, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Present and sell membership programs with confidence and charm
- Deliver exceptional Guest experiences to retain Members and drive in returning Guests
- Answer phones with professional, upbeat etiquette
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a mature, solution-oriented attitude
