About The Position

One of the most beloved spas in New England, The Spa at the Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Spa Front Desk Attendant to join the team. Job Summary: The Spa Front Desk Attendant will make spa reservations, check guests in and out, and create a memorable experience for our guests. Will be responsible for stocking and selling retail products to spa guests, maintain organization and cleanliness of desk and spa lobby.

Requirements

Previous spa experience
Excellent verbal and written skills
Must possess excellent customer service skills, be efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
Phone etiquette & computer skills are necessary.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to maintain our guest service standards.
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Read and answer spa e-mails daily as applicable.
Send out notes to guests, gather experience bags, as applicable and other communication to the guest is expected to be professional and free from grammatical errors.
Return phone calls from the spa mailbox in a timely manner or as assigned by a manager.
Maintain the organization of all collateral located at the spa desk including but not limited to Spa Menus, price list and room service menus.
Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate guest needs, and respond to guest inquiries and comments.
Knowledge of Spa Software to accurately schedule spa treatments.
