Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or spa front desk role is preferred.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a team player.

- Proficiency with scheduling and point-of-sale software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome spa guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, processing payments accurately.
- Provide information about spa services, amenities, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
