About The Position

Assists the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless, timely, and elevated service for guests at Trellis Spa. This role supports both service delivery and pantry preparation, including running food and beverages to spa guests, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in all service areas. The position is critical to maintaining the luxury standard and reputation of Trellis Spa while upholding the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Minimum of one year previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and take direction to enhance guest experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Professional, polished appearance and grooming at all times.
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food Handler Certification required
  • TABC required
  • Must be able to meet the following minimum physical requirements for at least an eight-hour shift: Physical Stamina: Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and carrying objects up to 30 lbs. Work occurs in a fast-paced kitchen and service environment with moderate to loud noise, varying temperatures, and potentially slick floors. Hearing / Speech: Must effectively communicate with guests, members, and coworkers; use two-way radios when required. Vision: Must read instructions, reports, log sheets, and operate computers/PDAs in varying light conditions. Literacy: Must read, understand, and process reports and operational documentation accurately. Chemicals / Agents: Must work safely with cleaning and sanitizing chemicals in compliance with SDS sheets and all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Expedite and deliver food and beverage items promptly to spa guests, ensuring correct orders and presentation standards.
  • Assist servers and spa attendants with service needs to create a memorable guest experience.
  • Prepare and restock pantry items, including garnishes, beverages, and prepped food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry and service areas throughout the shift.
  • Collect and restock fresh linens as needed for service areas.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of service stations, ensuring all operating supplies (china, glassware, silverware, linens, etc.) are available.
  • Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables or guest areas promptly.
  • Clean and sanitize all assigned service and prep areas, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support a smooth and luxury service experience.
