About The Position
Working alongside the Spa Director at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Part-Time Spa Attendant (Men's Locker Room) who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people.
- Previous customer service experience in a luxury environment
- Ability to follow open/ close checklists and hotel standards
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Efficiently replenish and clean the locker room, serenity lounge, wellness cabana and fitness center.
- Assist with escorting guests to locker rooms and providing a tour of the spa and fitness center.
- Anticipate guests’ needs throughout the spa experience.
