Requirements

• Current Esthetician or Cosmetologist license as required by the State
• Minimum of one year of esthetician experience required
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to learn and utilize reservation and POS systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to spa cleanliness standards
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CPR certification a plus
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30+ pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments and esthetic services to spa standards
• Consult with guests to understand preferences and enhance their experience
• Promote spa services and recommend retail products thoughtfully
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas
• Provide warm, polished and attentive guest interaction throughout each visit
