About The Position

As a Spa Desk Coordinator, you are the first friendly face and voice our spa guests encounter—and the tone-setter for their entire experience. From the first phone call to checkout, you help create a warm, calm, and welcoming environment for our patients, guests, and esthetician team. Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (reception or front desk experience preferred)
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• A team-focused mindset and a willingness to help wherever needed
• A warm, friendly demeanor and a genuine love of helping others

Responsibilities

• Be a positive, attentive presence at the spa front desk, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience
• Schedule spa appointments using a multi-line phone system, take messages, and complete reminder and confirmation calls
• Open and close the spa, ring up guests, answer phones, and host patients throughout their visit
• Prepare for each day by printing schedules, pulling files, and maintaining electronic records
• Keep the front desk and work area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Communicate professionally and consistently with guests, estheticians, providers, billing teams, and leadership
• Jump in where needed to support the team and help minimize wait times
• Perform other duties as assigned
