About The Position

Our Spa Specialists are integral to supporting various vital Spa functions within our hotels. These associates are responsible for crafting memorable and unique guest experiences, with Spa services being a key component. They proactively deliver a broad spectrum of services to ensure guest satisfaction. This includes promoting Spa services and retail, managing reservations by scheduling and confirming appointments, providing detailed information about services, checking in guests, and processing payments, all while making these interactions feel like a seamless part of the overall experience. Regardless of the specific task, success hinges on maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional image through uniform, personal appearance, and communication. The role requires physical activity, including extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, navigating various surfaces, operating reservation software, and performing tasks that involve lifting and moving objects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• No license or certification
