Requirements

  • Hospitality oriented.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a salon or spa environment preferred.
  • Fully Bilingual, preferred (Spanish and English).

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests, providing information about treatments, facilities, and spa services.
  • Manage group reservations, including communication, contracts, scheduling, follow-ups and Pre-Con meetings.
  • Maintain the Spa Check Book and reconcile all financial records as needed.
  • Process and track invoices; liaise with vendors and accounting department.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of all spa supplies, operational items and retail products.
  • Place and track supply and retail orders in a timely manner.
  • Assist with spa concierge or spa attendant duties as needed: check-in/out of guest, conducting spa tours etc.
  • Promote spa services, special offers, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service across all spa and salon areas.
  • Stay informed on spa and hotel events to anticipate guest needs.
  • Follow all hotel, spa, and safety policies; report any unsafe conditions to management.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
