Our team of skilled Aestheticians and Injectors provide effective treatments using the most advanced technology available. With over 130 employees and 5 spa locations we’re looking to continue to build our team! We are excited to expand our support team at our Headquarters in Chicago, located in Wicker Park. If you have a passion for aesthetics, we want to hear from you! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to the medical aesthetics field. The ideal candidate thrives in a positive, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and exceptional customer service are key. This is a full-time role, 36+ hours a week. Hours may be flexible however, at least one weekend day shift and closing shift will be required weekly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service, sales or front desk experience in a high volume setting.
  • Proficient typing skills and tech-savvy with Google Workspace and scheduling platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with professional phone presence.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Aesthetics license a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customre service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle inbound calls, chats and callback requests for scheduling and treatment information.
  • Proactively text or call patients to book appointments and drive sales.
  • Manager patient inquiries, escalating to management when needed.
  • Learn and communicate treatment information to patients.
  • Accurately schedule across multiple prociders and systems.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
  • Support management with additional duties as needed.
