Position: Spa Concierge Our Spa Concierges make the magic happen by providing warm, thoughtful, and seamless guest experiences from start to finish. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Responsibilities
- Provide personalized attention from the moment each guest walks through the door
- Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, locker room amenities, and spa offerings
- Answer phones with professionalism and a positive, welcoming tone
- Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring the spa is clean, safe, and beautifully presented with the right lighting, music, and scent
- Remember and deliver the small details that make Woodhouse special—favorite beverages, warm neck wraps, birthdays, and anniversaries
- Support the leadership team by helping ensure daily operations run smoothly
