Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional and personalized guest experience by warmly welcoming all clients and members, both in person and via telephone, reflecting the spa's standard of excellence.
Manage all front desk operations, including scheduling and confirming appointments, routing calls, and ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Conduct engaging facility tours while effectively presenting service menus, membership options, and current promotions to prospective and returning guests.
Proactively promote spa treatments, retail products, and exclusive packages through knowledgeable and compelling client communication.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout all spa areas, including treatment rooms, retail spaces, and common areas.
Support marketing and business development initiatives by cultivating meaningful relationships with local businesses, organizations, and corporate partners.
Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery, consistent operational flow, and adherence to established protocols and brand standards.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for wellness and hospitality, continuously enhancing the overall guest journey from arrival through departure.
