Previous sales experience

An aesthetics license or background in esthetics preferred

Responsibilities

Handle incoming phone calls, scheduling clients for treatments and consultations
Overseeing contracts are complete and entered
Confirmation calls and managing the flow of every client experience
This individual is responsible for all point of sales processes
Greeting clients, delivering excellent customer service, nightly reporting and reconciling
Respond to all incoming electronic leads and get them on 'The Spa' schedule
