About The Position

The Spa Attendant supports the delivery of a seamless, high-quality guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment. This role ensures all spaces are consistently prepared and guest-ready while supporting the team in delivering efficient, thoughtful service.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or housekeeping

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation spaces, and outdoor areas
Prepare and reset treatment rooms to ensure they are ready, on time, and aligned with service standards
Restock linens, robes, slippers, and amenities throughout the day to support uninterrupted service
Support service providers with timely room turnovers and supply needs
Greet guests in a warm and professional manner and assist with basic needs such as directions, water, and amenities
Monitor spa spaces to ensure a calm, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times
Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
Manage laundry processes, including washing, folding, and organizing linens
Communicate inventory needs to leadership to maintain appropriate stock levels
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
