About The Position

Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of The Spa. Perform daily inventory check of supplies and equipment.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months related experience.
  • Age Requirement Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to guests and employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License.
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a professional, friendly, and elegant spa environment for all patrons.
  • Ensure professional, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service at all times.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of all areas in the facility.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure the facility operates smoothly and efficiently by performing the following tasks on daily basis or as needed: dust and clean all retail areas, replenish guest amenities in the locker rooms and beverage area, restock linen closet when cleaned linens arrive, clean, restock and organize lockers, fold towels, and disinfect, dry and restock soiled sandals.
  • Full knowledge of all services provided by The Spa at CCCR.
  • Provide tours of the facility when needed.
  • Answer, explain and introduce our facility and amenities when needed.
  • Conduct monthly inventory control tasks.
  • Attend all product knowledge and motivational training program, meeting and work related events.
  • Assist with inventory count and receiving shipments.
  • Perform other work related duties assigned by the management.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work all shift hours.
