About The Position

We are seeking a service-driven and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will help create a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for our guests while supporting the daily operations of the spa. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

  • Most work tasks are performed indoors.
  • Temperature is primarily moderate and controlled by environmental systems.
  • Steam room exceeds normal room temperature settings.
  • Must be able to stand up to 8 hours per day.
  • Length of time of these tasks may vary.
  • Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach other departments on a timely basis.
  • Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
  • Must be able to walk on uneven and wet or slippery surfaces.
  • Constant standing and repetitive use of hands, arms, and legs; bending of neck.
  • Frequent walking, twisting of neck and body, reaching shoulder level, reaching above and below shoulder level, sitting, stooping, bending at waist, grasping, and lifting.
  • Occasional writing and pushing/pulling carts.
  • You must have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop and reach; lift and carry products and supplies; constantly stand for long periods (up to 4 hours) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; go from indoor to outdoor conditions where temperatures may vary with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • See and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.
  • Hear and understand speech at normal levels.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm, professional, and service-oriented demeanor while maintaining high standards of appearance and conduct.
  • Serve as a liaison to support spa staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of spa services, products, hours of operation, and daily activities.
  • Ensure all guest amenities and supplies are fully stocked and readily available at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of locker rooms, relaxation areas, fitness spaces, and linen rooms.
  • Perform housekeeping and laundry duties, including cleaning, washing, folding, stocking, and organizing linens and terry.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and courteously to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Address guest concerns in accordance with spa procedures to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support overall operations.
