About The Position

As a Spa Attendant, you'll help create a serene and luxurious environment from the moment guests arrive. With your warm welcome, attention to detail, and commitment to cleanliness, you'll ensure every visit is smooth, relaxing, and memorable. Working closely with the team, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional experience.

Requirements

• Prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred
• High School diploma or GED is preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times
• Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
