Job Description The Spa Attendant maintains spa areas through providing services for F&B needs, ensuring proper presentation of all guest facing areas, and restocking guest amenities throughout the day for the best possible guest experience. This includes both indoor and outdoor areas.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in English
  • Must be able to stand and walk for the entirety of the scheduled shift
  • Ability to bend, reach, twist, and lift items up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, multi-tasking role, with grace and professionalism.
  • Strong sense of communication and attention to detail
  • Must be flexible with schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Dependable with assigned work schedules, understanding shifts may vary with business levels.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently maintain visual and behavioral professionalism while on Omni property.
  • Escort guests to locker rooms and provide necessary information and directions during stay.
  • Assist guests with outdoor amenities and food requests.
  • Clean and organize guest facing areas throughout the day.
  • Complete required TIPS training necessary for beverage service.
  • Maintain guest serving through light food prep and food running duties.
  • Restock amenities: snacks, paper goods, water, tea and any other guest related needs.
  • Restock and keep presentation to spa standard in locker rooms for robes, slippers, paper goods, toiletries, shower dispensers, and any other guest related needs.
  • Follow established health and safety guidelines for cleaning surfaces that require sanitization.
  • Awareness to all safety precautions and procedures to ensure a safe atmosphere for guests and employee partners.
