About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Spa Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring that all spa facilities are well-maintained and that guests have a pleasant experience.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of spa services and treatments is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College course work in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations.
• Must be able to show initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about spa services and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms.
• Prepare and restock supplies, such as towels, robes, and toiletries, ensuring availability for guests.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of treatment rooms before and after services.
• Monitor and maintain the overall ambiance of the spa, including lighting, music, and temperature.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
