Provide friendly, professional assistance to all members utilizing the spa services. Warmly greeting members as they enter the spa area and providing personal service. Provide robes and slippers to spa guests and guides them through locker room to relaxation lounge. Maintaining a clean and orderly lounge and locker room. Stock towels and other items as needed. Review guest appointments/schedules as needed. Ensure all club rules are followed by members and guests. Insures that the reception areas are professional in appearance. Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all members. Communicate up-to-date pertinent information to spa members and guests.
