About The Position

Ocean Tides Spa at Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking a professional and service-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. This role is key to delivering a relaxing and luxurious spa experience by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the spa while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Requirements

Previous hospitality or spa experience preferred, but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a calm, professional environment
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including locker rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and public spaces
Set up and refresh spa amenities such as towels, robes, slippers, and beverages
Assist guests with spa orientation, including locker usage and facility amenities
Ensure all spa supplies are fully stocked and notify leadership of inventory needs
Support spa team members, including therapists and front desk staff, as needed
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and tranquil environment
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
