About The Position

The Spa Attendant at Spa Lilliana, located within the luxurious Hotel Effie, Autograph Collection, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities. This role requires a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a serene and welcoming environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or wellness industries is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A friendly and professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of spa services and wellness trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing a high level of customer service.
Escort guests to treatment areas, ensuring they are comfortable and informed about the spa services and amenities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including locker rooms, treatment rooms, lounges, and reception areas.
Restock towels, robes, and amenities in locker rooms and other guest areas.
Ensure that the spa’s ambiance, including lighting, sound, and scents, are conducive to relaxation and wellness.
Assist therapists and other spa staff with preparation and turnover of treatment rooms between appointments.
Manage guest inquiries, provide information on services, and offer assistance in booking appointments.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of spa equipment and supplies, reporting any issues to the Spa Manager.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees.
Assist in the retail area by keeping shelves stocked and providing product information to guests.
Support other spa-related duties as assigned by management.
