Spa Sales Associate – Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa (Columbia – Harbison Blvd) Are you a high-energy sales professional with spa or wellness experience? Hand & Stone Columbia–Harbison Blvd is seeking a results-driven Spa Sales Associate to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in membership sales, and understand what it means to deliver a polished, customer-centric spa experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Previous sales experience required; spa or wellness sales strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet goals, manage time, and multitask effectively
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and with a team

Nice To Haves

  • Strong preference for previous spa, salon, fitness club, or wellness front-desk experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive and exceed membership and service sales goals
  • Convert leads and walk-ins into recurring clients through confident, conversational selling
  • Maintain expert knowledge of treatment menus, membership benefits, enhancements, and promotions
  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient front desk service
  • Build rapport and long-term relationships with members
  • Manage appointment scheduling and daily spa flow
  • Uphold cleanliness and operational standards
  • Support management and team initiatives to reach monthly revenue targets
