About The Position

The Pine Canyon Club in Flagstaff, AZ is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Spa and Fitness Associate. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. This is a seasonal position from April-September. General Purpose: Monitors daily activity of the fitness center and or spa area; ensures guest satisfaction and compliance with rules and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age
• Express leadership, organization and interpersonal skills
• Be energetic, enthusiastic, patient and flexible
• Able to work in team and individual settings
• Ability to accept guidance and supervision from staff
• Exhibit characteristics of: Leadership, enthusiasm, patience, self-control, maturity, responsibility, great social skills, integrity and a positive attitude
• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job

• CPR/1st Aide training (recommended)

Responsibilities

• Schedule luxury spa appointments, including massages, aesthetics, and nail services
• Coordinate with spa employees to book treatments
• Maintain spa cleanliness and assist in set up and break down of treatment rooms
• Exhibit excellent in-person, email, and phone communication with members and staff
• Assist in monitoring gym use to ensure member safety
• Coordinate fitness class equipment set up and breakdown
• Assist in developing fitness class monthly schedule and online appointment system
• Maintain fitness center cleanliness
• Creates a clean, welcoming environment for all members and guests
