Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or fitness/spa environment preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in fitness and spa settings is a plus
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed

Responsibilities

Greet and assist members and guests in the fitness and spa areas, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness equipment, spa facilities, and common areas
Monitor and enforce safety and health standards within the fitness and spa facilities
Provide information about available services, memberships, and amenities
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing reservations for spa treatments
Support the team in setting up and breaking down equipment and supplies for events or classes
Respond promptly to member and guest inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as needed
