Overview: Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. South Side Thrive Collaborative is a nonprofit committed to bringing people together to create a strong and resilient Columbus’ South Side. This position will assist South Side residents connect to community resources that address the social determinants of health, and coordinate projects as needed. Must be able to occasionally work non-traditional hours, including evenings and Saturdays. Job Description Summary: Coordinates outreach efforts, engages with community stakeholders, develops partnerships, and implements strategies to increase visibility and impact. Develops and implements collaborative programs and services by working with community–based organizations and hospital staff.
