Requirements
- 1+ Years of Prior Experience as a Cook in a similar environment is preferred
- Must be willing and able to work a Part-Time schedule which will involve variable shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of knives and knife skills, standard kitchen equipment and supplies, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators, coolers, slicers, beverage machines, Cryovac machine and smallwares
Responsibilities
- Skillfully apply culinary techniques and maintain solid knowledge of food products.
- Safely use kitchen equipment and restock supplies and food items as needed.
- Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
- Maintain menu knowledge and attention to detail in plate presentation.
- Assist kitchen leadership and staff in executing service.
- Prepare base sauces, stocks, and soups as required.
- Collaborate with the team to meet guest needs and inquiries.
