Requirements

High School Diploma, GED
2+ Years of Prior Food and Beverage experience to include Supervisory/Managerial experience
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Create daily floor plans to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
Supervise dining room floor service during operational hours.
Conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance records.
Maintain communication with the Chef regarding food service and menu issues.
Coordinate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest and employee needs.
Order and manage supplies through the IP System; prepare purchase requisitions as needed.
Keep inventory forms and stocking areas up to date.
Inspect food from support departments to ensure freshness and quality.
Communicate directly with guests for special requests and large party reservations.
