We’re growing, and we need a strong kitchen presence who can both execute and step up when needed. This is not just a prep role. This is a key support position to kitchen leadership — someone who can run a station, lead when needed, and grow into more. We’re looking for an experienced Sous or Executive Sous-level cook who can: Execute at a high level during production Step in as shift leader / acting kitchen manager when needed Keep the team moving with urgency and standards Take direction — but also think ahead and solve problems You’ll be working directly with ownership and leadership to help maintain consistency across hundreds of meals per cook.
