The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Kitchen leadership in their executive direction and coordination of all food related operations throughout the facility to ensure a positive guest experience. The Sous chef will supervise the line cooks and kitchen staff in accordance with the executive/chef de Cuisines requirements. They will observe daily procedures and processes of the facilities and restaurant kitchens as well as aiding and in the preparation and cooking of meals.
