We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group. Multiple locations could be considered. The ideal candidate is a committed leader who is highly organized and hard-working. They have a proven track record of improving kitchen operations and developing staff members. They will typically be leading service five nights per week in tandem with the Chef de Cuisine, developing a strong BOH team, and assisting with overseeing fiancials and cost of goods.
