About The Position

Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for a talented Sous Chef, Tournant to lead their culinary team! This culinary professional will primarily support our elevated sports bar, Nest on Four.
Signia by Hilton Atlanta is a 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique food and beverage outlets!
The ideal candidate will be a passionate culinary professional with at least 2 years of culinary leadership experience. Seeking someone that will uphold cleanliness standards and pay attention to detail. Experience in high-volume hotel operations is essential. Sports bar background highly preferred.
Shift Pattern: Full Time/ Full availability is required to work AM and PM shifts depending on business demands

Responsibilities

• Assists Executive Chef in overall responsibility for activities of cooks and other personnel involved in preparing, cooking and presenting food in accordance with quality standards, productivity standards, cost controls, and forecast needs.
• Monitors team performance, product quality and production flow.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
• Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
