Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for a talented Sous Chef, Tournant to lead their culinary team! This culinary professional will primarily support our elevated sports bar, Nest on Four. Signia by Hilton Atlanta is a 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique food and beverage outlets! The ideal candidate will be a passionate culinary professional with at least 2 years of culinary leadership experience. Seeking someone that will uphold cleanliness standards and pay attention to detail. Experience in high-volume hotel operations is essential. Sports bar background highly preferred. Shift Pattern: Full Time/ Full availability is required to work AM and PM shifts depending on business demands
