About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily kitchen operations and will have the opportunity to cross-train as a sushi chef over time. Key Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and food preparation. Prepare and replicate recipes accurately to maintain consistency and quality. Cross-train and develop skills to work as a sushi chef. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety. Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Lead kitchen staff when required and take direction from senior chefs. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow. Adapt quickly to changes in menu, procedures, or kitchen environment. Stand for extended periods during shifts and maintain stamina in a fast-paced environment.
