Requirements

3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related function.
Working knowledge of Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) processes and RFx execution.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess commercial proposals and formulate data‑driven recommendations.
Experience working across departments with business partners, finance, and legal teams.
The capacity to handle several sourcing projects at once.
High attention to detail, effective time management, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Nice To Haves

Experience in corporate services, professional services, and consulting in strategic sourcing.
Exposure to global sourcing environments and matrixed organizations.
An AI focused attitude and desire to improve personal productivity.

Responsibilities

Complete low to medium-complex procurement projects and negotiations, including supplier/market research, managing the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, contracting, and supplier management.
Analyze supplier proposals and conduct pricing evaluations.
Negotiate master services agreements, amendments, and statements of work in collaboration with Legal.
Track and report sourcing outcomes, including savings.
