About The Position

The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. This role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0-2 years of related experience. The role requires knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within recruiting, relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines. The position reports to a supervisor and supports specialized recruiting initiatives for Robotics and Generative AI engineering, military-focused SDE recruiting, and science-focused recruiting.

Requirements

Recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Sourcing expertise, particularly in niche technical and military backgrounds.
Full lifecycle recruiting experience.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Former Recruiting Coordinator (RC) experience, ideally with 9+ months in good standing.
Project coordination skills.
Experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
