The Sourcing Recruiter reports to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader and is responsible for identifying and converting passive talent to Key’s; including but not limited to developing and executing recruiting plans through research, cold calling, candidate development, assessment and presentation. As a partner to the line of business recruiters and hiring managers, the Sourcing Recruiter is expected to provide market intelligence to inform talent decisions. This role will be largely aligned to Key’s Commercial Bank, but will support other strategic growth priorities as needed.
