As a Senior Sourcing & Procurement Specialist at Advance Displays, you will own the purchasing, inventory planning, and sourcing functions that ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time—while maintaining strong margins and reliable supply. You will manage purchasing across existing vendors, including determining stocking strategies (stock vs. order-as-needed), setting par levels and reorder points, and ensuring inventory availability aligns with customer demand. You will proactively monitor backorders and sales activity, identifying non-stock items requiring action and ensuring timely procurement. In this role, you will take ownership of product and vendor data within our ERP system, including setting up new parts, maintaining accurate costs and pricing, and ensuring data integrity across purchasing and sales processes. Beyond day-to-day purchasing, you will lead sourcing efforts to identify new suppliers and replacement products. This includes establishing reseller relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, sourcing from domestic and international manufacturers, and working from drawings, specifications, or physical samples to identify viable supply options. You will operate with a high degree of independence—identifying what information is needed, proactively seeking it out, and executing without requiring step-by-step direction. Your work will directly impact product availability, vendor performance, and overall company profitability.
