Our mission: help clients unlock significant value by optimizing product design, engineering, and cost structures, driving strategic improvements in product development and lifecycle management through Design to Value. You are: As a Design to Value Manager , you will partner with clients to identify opportunities for product and cost improvement, leading collaborative workshops that bring together cross-functional stakeholders to develop innovative, actionable solutions. You’ll guide clients from ideation through implementation, ensuring recommendations align with business objectives and customer needs, and deliver measurable impact across the supply chain. In addition to your leadership role, you will take a hands-on approach in the lab, actively supporting product teardowns and engaging in detailed modeling activities to uncover new insights and drive tangible value. You’ll work across industries to design and execute DtV strategies and operating models that improve product value, quality, and profitability. In addition, you’ll lead value engineering and product optimization projects, manage project teams, and mentor consultants and analysts to deliver high-impact results.
