The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating rates, and overseeing the purchasing of promotional products and materials. This role plays a key part in shaping how Reachdesk sources, curates, and delivers branded merchandise at scale for global clients, bringing campaigns to life through high quality, on brand products and building a best in class vendor network as the company grows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in promotional merchandise or branded products and will take ownership of vendor sourcing, pricing, and fulfilment. This is a high impact role with real ownership, directly influencing product quality, supplier strategy, and commercial outcomes. The role operates in a fast-moving, high-volume environment, managing multiple sourcing requests while balancing speed, cost, and quality. Working closely with Swag, Production, and Sales teams, the Sourcing Manager will own the end-to-end sourcing process, while building a product catalog and lookbooks that create standout client campaigns.
