Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range: $97,900.00 - $146,900.00 Purpose Statement: Manages supply chain functions, which may include, but are not limited to, material procurement and supply assurance to ensure production needs and customer expectations are met. Monitors market dynamics & works cross-functionally to proactively mitigate risk.

Requirements

  • Ten (10) years of related experience is required; Seven (7) or more years of equivalent industry experience is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate without constant direction.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment across various functional business groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Strong Google Workspace or MS Office skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • General office equipment and materials.
  • Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level.
  • May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
  • Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize fulfillment of customer delivery service level requirements while optimizing the level of inventory.
  • Partner with the Sourcing Organization to ingest and action market intelligence at the manufactuing site level.
  • Project manage material drive for key customers, working with external and internal partners to achieve supply health.
  • Lead the resolution of key regional escalations, leveraging professional relationships to secure supply.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
  • Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating internal as well as external customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
  • Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
  • Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
