The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating rates, and overseeing the purchasing of promotional products and materials. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Reachdesk sources, curates, and delivers branded merchandise at scale for global clients, bringing campaigns to life through high quality, on brand products and building a best in class vendor network as the company grows. This role requires hands-on experience in promotional merchandise or branded products to take ownership of vendor sourcing, pricing, and fulfilment. It is a high impact role with real ownership, directly influencing product quality, supplier strategy, and commercial outcomes. The Sourcing Manager will operate in a fast moving, high volume environment, managing multiple sourcing requests at once while balancing speed, cost, and quality. Working closely with Swag, Production, and Sales, this role owns the end to end sourcing process, while building a product catalog and lookbooks that turn ideas into standout client campaigns.
